Good stuff: its proximity to the amenities in leeds city centre. we were staying for the leeds festival and the shuttle buses to the festival picked up and dropped off just over the road which was really convenient for us.
Bad stuff: cleanliness and upgrading things like the showers.
Overall: the carpet in the room was filthy as were the net curtains. also it looked like someone had been sick down the side of the bed and it had left a stain. the shower in the bathroom was ancient and the shower head itself was very dirty. the hotel was very noisy, traffic, trains buses and people and it would have been better if we had known about this before. i dont think the hotel was worth the 55 per night we paid but it was one of the cheapest options we had available to us but i still think that cheapness should not mean that cleanliness and high standards are overlooked.
