We are located in the quiet and leafy suburbs of Lincoln, directly opposite the picturesque wide open space of the South Common. Our wonderfully authentic Victorian building offers the ideal place for visitors to this beautiful city to make their base, with easy access to all of the city and all of the many interesting and exciting attractions that surround it. From our door a relaxing stroll will take you to the city centre in about twenty minutes, or if you prefer not to walk you can catch the regular bus service that stops almost outside the gate and travels into the city and to the cathedral.
Our wonderful building was built in the age of Queen Victoria, and the interior decoration had been carefully done to enhance the authentic charm and character of our establishment. We are a small, family owned and operated establishment that provides a cosy home from home for business users and those here on holiday. We have just five spacious, well proportioned and wonderfully comfortable single, twin and double rooms that have everything you need for a relaxed and enjoyable holiday. For the comfort and safety of all our guests our bedrooms are all non smoking.
In the evening you can relax and unwind in our comfortable lounge bar, with a tea, coffee or a drink from the bar, you can plan tomorrows trips and if you need help, your hosts will be only too happy to assist you with their local knowledge to make sure you get the most from your time here.
