The perfect location can make a good holiday even better. We are pleased to say that our central location, right opposite the sea is the ideal location for a family holiday or as a base for travelling round the many attractions that the area has to offer.
Originally built in 1908 overlooking the beach and the waters of Whitley Bay, our splendid establishment has recently been completely refurbished and improved and now provides our guests with superb accommodation and a high level of facilities. We have 50 well proportioned and tastefully decorated twin, double and family rooms that all have modern facilities, including en-suite bathroom with bath or shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries; central heating; windows that open; desk and lamp; direct dial telephone; colour TV with satellite channels and hospitality tray (tea/coffee/ biscuits). Non smoking rooms are available on request.
A satisfying breakfast is included in the price of the room and is served in our first floor, Sea View restaurant, where you can also enjoy a superb, home cooked evening meal as you look out across the sea.
We also have an elegant and comfortable lounge and bar, perfect for a relaxing drink at the end of the day.
