Good stuff: Location

Bad stuff: The rooms were not adequately sound proofed and it felt that it had been superficially built. The lifts were completely inadequate and guests often became frustrated waiting for lift. We thought it was broken but apparently if you keep pressing the button it logs in the lifts memory slowing it down. Surely that makes them unsuitable for the need. We ended up carrying cases down from the 3rd floor.

Overall: If you want a central location and don't mind using ear plugs and carrying cases up and down floors I would recommend the hotel.
