We are delighted to present our luxurious, well spaced and easy to live in accommodation. We are located in the pretty town of Kinghorn on the east coast of Fife. Giving you quick and easy access to Dumfermline, the Highlands of Scotland and Edinburgh.

All our beautiful ensuite rooms are of a luxury standard set in a most charming guest house environment. Carefully chosen colours give a sense of richness and high quality with natural sunlight pouring through the skylights giving you plenty of radiance. All the normal modern day amenities are included and some little extras. Should you wish to have anything else you need only ask and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Enjoy splendid views over the Firth of Forth, just a short drive to the ferry boat terminal and only half an hour in to Edinburgh. There are year round events taking place in the main city - music, festivals, main events such as Robbie Burns, Hogmanay and summer celebrations. The shopping is said to be the best in Europe and with famous Royal Mile and Princes Street as starting points you will be amazed at the choices. Royal Yacht Britannia is a must but there really is alot to do and see.
