Hotels Ashford England Cheap Ashford Hotels GuideOnce a small market town, Ashford has grown into one of Kent's most charming and important destinations. You'll love its splendid parks, its gardens, historic buildings and lively atmosphere. You'll even enjoy the journey there, with its convenient location off the M20 and its International Railway Station. In fact, from the moment you choose the town as your getaway, until the time you finally come back, this is one of the most relaxing breaks you're likely to find. There's still loads to see and do here however, and with so much on offer it's a good idea to take advantage of the heritage trail to start yourself off. Originally designed in 2002 by artist David Cotterell, it will introduce you to some of the town's oldest residents, such as the 13th century Parish Church, an array of Georgian and Jacobean houses, and the aged town jail. It doesn't take you everywhere however (you'd be worn out!), but instead leaves you to seek out some of the main attractions (like the superb Godinton House and Gardens) for yourself. You won't have to look far for some great shopping either: the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet proudly displays over 100 stores that offer top brands with massive discounts. The children will be delighted by a day out at the South of England Rare Breeds centre; where a selection of cute piglets and fluffy rabbits can be petted. If you still want more, you can visit the wonderful Willesborough Windmill, which has been semi-converted into a museum of the industries; the fascinating Ashford Borough Museum; or the tranquil Beech Court Gardens. If you need to stay in the English city of Ashford this is the place to book your hotel room. All of our rooms at good prices and so convenient for you.
